Dora Chng, the General Manager of residential at GuocoLand, says that Lentor Mansion – a part of Lentor Gardens project – will be a luxurious residential development with 530 units. This project will comprise of 8-storey blocks and 16-storey towers, with sky terraces also included. To provide extra convenience to families with children, the development will feature more than 6,000 sq ft of childcare facilities. It is projected that this project will be ready to launch by 2H2024.
